If you require a vehicle when yours has been damaged in an accident we can supply almost any vehicle directly to your address or to a bodyshop anywhere in the UK, normally with the bill being picked up by the insurance company. We currently supply directly to major insurance and credit hire companies in the UK.

We specialise in renting adapted vehicles for people with disabilities including wheelchair users.
We also offer adapted dual control vehicles for disabled people who wish to learn how to drive.
Our vehicles are fitted with a range of different controls, including single lever push pull, left foot throttle, steering balls and many other adaptations.

Along with adapted vehicles we supply older prestige marques as standard vehicles that can be adapted for your needs for longer rental periods.
We can supply from 1 day to 36 months.

Should your adapted vehicle have to go into a garage for repairs we can supply an interim car for your use, normally at the cost to your insurance company.
We can supply to car accident repair centres, vehicle hire companies and members of the public.

A very poular and versatile model of wheelchair accessible vehicle is the Renault Kangoo which features predominantly on our fleet. We choose this model because the Gowrings version is the best selling wheelchair accessible vehicle in the UK and is owned by many of our clients, who are more comfortable using a replacement vehicle that is the same as their own.
Some of our other very popular vehicles are the Nissan Micra and Almera, due to their very large door apertures on the three door models.

The adaptions we have fitted to our vehicles are varied and in some cases we are the only hire company in the UK offering them. These include the Lodgesons infra-red auxiliary control which is attached to the steering ball and gives fingertip control of the indicators, lights, hazards, windscreen wipers, horn and other functions found on modern vehicles.

Other adaptions we have fitted include single lever push pull hand controls which allow the brake and accelerator to be controlled with the drivers hands. Left foot accelerator or dual controls on automatic cars with SLPP if required.
